Home   No 40 Of 314 Prev    Next Ponce D. Lion  Size - 9" Head to toe Project Details This project, code named 'Ponce D. Lion', represents the oldest known city in North America. St. Augustine Florida had this beautiful toy made to represent their strong tourist town.  It was a smaller run of 3,000 pieces so it was difficult because of the plastic sword and the plastic flag pole.  We could not find any 'stock' plastics, so we had to have a 3D artist sculpt us a sword and pole which was then produced into the plastics used for the toy.  It added a week or two to production, and added a little to the costs, but this was well worth it since the results here are spectacular.
