This cute little guy was created for a 'Buckle Up for Safety' program in the USA. The little seat belt can Velcro around a child's real seat belt stressing a positive feeling and constant reminder that it is important to wear your seat belt. He is a fabulous example of how detailed we can make an extremely small 'giveaway' type toy. He even has a little pouch just like a real kangaroo. Prices
