Photo Edits
What is it?
A photo edit is when our artist takes a high quality photo of your toy, and changes it on computer to match your desired final look.
Why do you need it ?
You have approved a sketch, but that is a flat 2 dimensional image. When we make a plush toy, there is some interpretation required to move from a 2D image to a 3D plush toy. This can result in slight differences in what you expected, to what you received. The photo edit can match what you have in your imagination, to what you see in a edited photo. You can be confident that your final product will look very similar to the photo edit we provide.
Why you should not do it yourself ?
Our graphic artists are trained to determine what is possible in a final plush toy, and will not show you something that is not possible. We have fired artists who insisted on making their artwork 'perfect' because in the end a person has to sit down at a sewing machine, and sew your toy together. For this reason we highly recommend you allow our trained artists to do your photo edits. Your photo edit will match the toy we make for you.

| Our customer was surprised by their prototype until we pointed out that it was almost exactly how their approved sketch turned out. Some ideas came to mind, and they let use know how they wanted their prototypes changed. |
With a list of changes we were able to go point by point through the customer's requests and show what they desired in a final product. A couple of changes would make an unsafe toy so we pointed that out, and the result is a great product. |

This customer loved the look of their toy, but the feedback they received said that the toy needed to be bigger.
There was also some other minor changes like the centering of the hat decorations.

The customer was thrilled to see their toy bigger, Before they placed their order. We also redesigned the front legs to get the look they were going for. It is tricky getting the exact look, but a trained eye can help. |
