This stuffed toy is given out at a government program that teaches children about water safety. Police services go around to schools and educate children in the use of water craft. His lifejacket is removable and has the key features needed to teach children the correct way in which to use their own life jacket. His shorts are removable, but we made his hat permanently affixed at the customers request. We are honored to have been able to create this unique toy which helps with this program. Every year we put together a new batch of the toys.
